Today, I thought it would be a fun to answer a couple of Christmas related questions I found on the internet. So, without any further ado, let’s get into it!
I. What is your favourite flavour of hot chocolate?
I like just classic plain hot chocolate. Although, I tend to put a sprinkle of cinnamon into mine. It doesn’t really add any flavour to the hot chocolate. It just makes it smell even more delicious.
II. Favourite type of Christmas cookie?
Definitely gingerbread man.
III. Do you open presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
I open presents on Christmas Eve. I’ve written a blog post about my Christmas traditions so if you are interested, check it out.
IV. Favourite Christmas film?
Three wishes for Cinderella. I have a blog post about this as well, so feel free to have a look at that one too.
V. Favourite holiday memory?
I don’t have a specific favourite holiday memory, but I love walking into our dim living room, lightened up just by the lights on the Christmas tree surrounded by presents on Christmas Eve. There is something so calming, yet exciting about the atmosphere. Absolutely magical.
VI. Candy canes or Christmas cookies?
VII. Do you get snow where you live?
Yes. Well, at least it used to snow where I’m from. We used to have white Christmas every year in the Czech Republic, but now we no longer do. I actually live in the UK now, in London, and no, I haven’t experienced white Christmas here as well.
VIII. Real or artificial Christmas tree?
Artificial. I know, there is something about the real one, the scent is amazing and adds even more to the festive atmosphere. I just somewhat disagree with cutting young trees for the purpose of having it at home for a couple of days or weeks and then dispose of it when you can get an artificial one and use it for years.
IX. What is at the top of your Christmas list?
A new laptop.
X. White or coloured Christmas lights?
I love both, but I will probably go with white. I love to keep it simple.
Okay, I hope you found this interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!
xoxo, S. V.
