New Years’ Eve is almost here and most of us are heading to a party to celebrate the end of the year as well as the beginning of a new one. Unfortunately, with any party comes the dilemma of what to wear. I don’t know how about you but I’ve already picked my outfit for the celebrations. Let me show you!
Okay, my outfit is pretty simple and definitely not made for cold weather so I will have to stay inside as much as I can because I will wear this black blazer dress from Bershka. It’s just a simple plain black blazer dress without any excessive embellishments except for the silver buttons. The deep V-neck it creates is rather provocative and that’s one of the things I like about this dress the most.
On my feet, I will wear these pointy black pumps from Tally Weijl. They consist of two parts divided by a golden chain-like pattern. One of them is made of suedette material and the other one is faux leather. Even though they might not seem to be, they are really comfortable so I think I could manage to spend the whole night in them without having to clench my jaw and swallowing my tears with every step I take. I will keep my belongings in my black shoulder bag from River Island. Similarly, to the pumps, the bag has two different materials on it – suedette and faux leather. The golden details on the bag make it a perfect addition to the outfit.
To add something more to the V-neck, I will wear this golden set of necklaces from Primark. And to accessorise it even more, I will wear my rings from Pandora (of course), and my Just Cavalli watches so I can count down the seconds until midnight and mostly because they look super cool.
You see, you don’t have to buy an entirely new outfit for just one occasion. The majority of the garments here has already been in my wardrobe for some time because I love them and wear them often. Okay, maybe not the pumps, I don’t wear them that often, but I’ve had them for a pretty long time. The only new thing is the blazer dress, and that’s because I wanted one for such a long time but I struggled with finding the one which would be according to my idea of what a perfect blazer dress should look like.
I hope you liked this outfit, let me know in the comments down below. See you soon!
xoxo, S. V.
